I’m not much for titles, but I guess you could call me a music journalist. More accurately, I’m a music geek and a passionate writer, and I’ve just been lucky enough to see those two paths merge in my life. I write for several local and national publications based anywhere from Austin, TX to the UK, and I’ve enjoyed the firsthand opportunities to cover the inner workings of the music business.
Whether it be sitting down to interview Derek Trucks, traveling hundreds of miles to cover Bonnaroo or simply ranting and raving about the newest Jack White side project, I’ve dipped my toe in the musical pool and decided it’s a great place for a swim!
